Tai-Chi-Qigong
Tai Chi Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is a practise co-ordinating slow, fluid movements, breathing and a calm, meditative state of mind.

As your Tai Chi Qigong teacher, I will be leading you through short forms including Shibashi sets 1 and 2 and Eight Pieces of Brocade and 5 element Qigong to develop an awareness of energy through the bodies meridians (energy pathways) and I invite you to sense flow with the abundance of nature.
You may find Tai Chi Qigong helpful for a wide range of health issues including Balance & Stability, Restful Sleep, Blood Pressure and Mood.
